Project Lead
W2 Contract
Salary Range: $72,800 - $83,200 per year
Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary:
As a Project Lead, you will support opening new retail stores, collaborating with store and field leadership, Construction, IT, Finance, Fixture Purchasing, Store Planning, and other partners to provide operational support, execute business processes, and keep documentation up to date. You will manage projects per approved plans, identify and resolve issues, and adhere to best practices to minimize shortages and provide high-level service to stores.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and support project timelines and budgets, including creating project plans, communicating with key stakeholders, and assisting in developing operational procedures.
- Coordinate requests for installer bids and analysis of submittals for review with leadership.
- Support pre-opening preparations, including reviewing fixture plans and ensuring that all fixtures have been ordered. Issue the plan to installers for scheduled installations.
- Review site conditions and any municipal constraints on deliveries and then partner with the logistics vendor to ensure on-time fixtures, equipment, and signage delivery.
- Support the creation and updating over field-facing conference calls.
- Create new store survey questions for touch-base calls.
- Support process improvement activities.
- Code financial invoices.
- Oversee and support the new store kits, including partner follow-up, copy center requests, and packing.
